    If you’re struggling with things like managing projects at work, staying on top of deadlines, preparing for meetings, or figuring out how your work responsibilities fit into the rest of your week, we can absolutely address that during your session.

    During our call, we’ll look at the whole picture so your schedule actually works for your real life.

  • Nope. This session is designed to be a one-time, deep-dive reset where we untangle your schedule and create a clear plan for what to do next.

    Most women walk away from the call with a game plan they can immediately start implementing.

    If you’d like a little extra support while putting that plan into action, you have a couple of options:

    1. Add two weeks of private Slack access so you can ask questions, get feedback, and stay accountable as you implement the changes we discussed.

    2. Book a follow-up session a few weeks later if you’d like help refining your schedule once you’ve had time to test the plan.

    You’ll also receive an email check-in after our call to see how things are going and to answer any follow-up questions that come up.

    My goal is to make sure you leave this session feeling clear, supported, and confident moving forward.
